Women and AI: From Risk to Rise

Women’s perspectives belong in the decisions that shape how AI is used.

AI is changing the choices leaders make about work, people, and opportunity. Women need a voice in those choices, including how tools are selected, evaluated, and introduced to teams.

Questions about fairness, accuracy, and trust deserve attention. Bring those questions into the conversation as you build confidence through practical experience. Participation helps shape the direction of change.

Begin with one useful application in your own leadership practice. Make room for your team to learn, and include people with different perspectives when assessing a tool. Consider which responsibilities could evolve as routine work changes.

Look beyond adoption alone. Ask who has access to learning, whose perspective informs decisions, and whether new workflows expand opportunity. Intentional leadership can make AI a source of greater capacity while keeping people and equity at the center.
