FutureReady Women in Higher Education
National Leadership Accelerator
A six-month, fully virtual experience for emerging, mid-career, and senior women leaders across colleges and universities. Build leadership capacity, practical AI fluency, and relationships that cross institutional boundaries.
Leadership grows when women have room to think, practice, connect, and apply what they learn.
FutureReady Women welcomes leaders in academic affairs, student success, administration, and operations. Institutions can sponsor one or two women, bringing a range of career stages and perspectives into a national learning community.
The experience pairs leadership development with responsible, practical use of AI. Each participant develops a leadership plan and advances an institutional improvement project.
